Time for Me is a dedicated and established team of specialist counsellors and psychotherapists offering therapy for those impacted by cancer, serious illness, or bereavement. We provide a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment for individuals, families, caregivers, couples, children, and young people, where understanding, healing, and personal growth can flourish. Having worked together as a team for a specialist cancer counselling charity, we are passionate about continuing to provide high-quality, knowledgeable therapy.
Time for Me is here to support you whether you are navigating a recent diagnosis, living with cancer, caring for a loved one, facing the potential loss of someone dear, dealing with bereavement, or confronting your own mortality.
